Gupta Programme

Happy New Year everyone!

Over the past week or so I've watched most of the 3 free sessions of the Gupta Amygdala Retraining Programme (see www.guptaprogramme.com). It seems fairly convincing to me but I'd love to hear from other members who've been through the programme. Also, is there a copy of the programme in the library?

Note that you can access these videos directly on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/user/GuptaProgramme rather than having to give them your email address. Making you sign up is just an excuse for them to expand their mailing list. Personally, I found the videos to be long on testimonial and theory, but very short on practical tips.
